1. Only the confirmed number of guests as per the booking are allowed on the property.
2. Family bookings are preferred. Bachelor/stag parties are strictly not permitted.
3. Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
4. Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited inside or around the property.
5. Consumption of drugs, hookah, or any prohibited substances is not allowed.
6. Any inappropriate behavior or violation of house rules will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
7. Swimming pool usage is at the guest’s own risk. Proper hygiene must be maintained at all times.
8. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area.
9. Guests are fully responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout their stay.
10. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, appliances, swimming pool, or surrounding areas during their stay.
11. The cost of repair or replacement for any damage will be charged to the guest before checkout.
