- Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: From 12:00 PM
- Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM
- Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Identification (ID) Proof
- All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) at the time of check-in.
- Note: PAN Cards are generally not accepted as valid address proof.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
- In case of a 'No-Show' or late cancellation, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Child & Extra Bed Policy
- Children below the age of 5 can stay for free (sharing existing bedding).
- Extra beds/mattresses are available upon request for an additional charge.
- Damages & Breakages
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
- Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- We accept payments via Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and UPI.
