##1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM

• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM

• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur a nominal fee. Please request at least 24 hours in advance.

## 2. Guest Identification

• Mandatory ID: As per government regulations, every guest (including children) must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival.

• Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID. (Note: PAN cards are often not accepted as proof of address).

## 3. Booking & Payments

• Confirmation: Bookings are typically confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment.

• Balance: The remaining balance must be settled at the time of check-in via Bank Transfer or UPI.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in to cover any incidental damages and is refunded within 24 hours of departure.

## 4. House Rules

• Respect for Nature: Guests are encouraged to respect the local flora and fauna of the Anjaneri foothills. Please avoid littering on the 20-guntha farm premises.

• Noise Policy: To maintain the serenity of the area and respect neighbors (like the Mundale family), loud music is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.

• Bachelor Groups: The villa is primarily a family-friendly destination. Groups of bachelors may require prior management approval.

• Right of Admission: The management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests not following the property’s safety or decorum guidelines.

## 5. Amenities & Usage

• Kitchen: The 2 BHK villa includes a kitchen. Usage policies (e.g., self-cooking vs. reheating only) should be clarified with the caretaker upon arrival.

• Water Conservation: Given the farm setting, guests are requested to use water judiciously.

## 6. Proximity Guidelines

• Trekking: Guests planning to trek Anjaneri Hill are advised to start early in the morning for the best experience.

• Temple Darshan: For Trimbakeshwar Temple visits, we recommend checking the "Darshan" timings in advance as they vary during festivals and peak seasons.
