Policy
Processing & Fees
- Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date.
- A 5% processing fee applies to all cash refunds (stay vouchers do not incur deductions).
- Accommodation and cleaning fees are non-refundable as they are used to prepare the villa prior to your stay.
- Partial or advance payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Terms & Eligibility
- A booking can be rescheduled only once, for the same villa, within 3 months of the original date.
- Rescheduling requests must be made between 12 and 6 days before check-in.
- Rescheduling is subject to villa availability and incurs a 30% rescheduling fee.
- After deducting the rescheduling charges, guests will have to bear any difference in tariff for new dates.
- Once a booking has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling is not allowed for peak date bookings or partial payment booking.
