Policy
1. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability. Valid government photo ID required for all guests at check-in.
2. Occupancy Max occupancy: 12 person 3 bedrooms only. Extra guests beyond capacity not permitted without prior approval. Visitor hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Overnight visitors not allowed.
3. Payments & Security Deposit Booking confirmation: 50% advance required. Balance: On check-in.
4. Cancellation Policy 3 days before check-in. No-shows charged 100%
House Rules
- No smoking inside villa/bedrooms. Designated outdoor area only
- No parties/events without written permission
- Pool & Gym: Use at own risk. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. Pool hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Noise: Please respect neighbors. Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Pets: Not allowed
- Damages: Guests liable for any damage to property, furnishings, or equipment
- Amenities & Liability Indoor games, gym equipment, and pool to be used responsibly
- Management not responsible for loss of valuables. Safe provided in master bedroom
- Power/water outages due to external factors are beyond our control, but backup provided
- Cleanliness Villa provided clean. Daily housekeeping available.
- Please dispose of trash in designated bins. Penalty for leaving villa excessively dirty
- Prohibited Illegal substances, firearms, or unlawful activities.
- Cooking inside bedrooms not allowed. Use kitchen only
By booking this villa, guests agree to abide by all policies above. Management reserves the right to evict guests violating rules without refund.
