Room Limits
Accommodations scale with land area:

No urban development approval needed for up to 8 rooms and basic amenities. Projects exceeding 8 rooms count as commercial and require town planning permissions.
Lessees with a 10-year lease and farmer's NOC can register centers, enabling partnerships for small farms.
Other Facilities
Centers may include kitchens for local meals and sell farm products like food or handicrafts. Display MTDC authorization boards on-site
