1. Booking and Payment Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Guests must provide accurate personal details while booking.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
- We accept payments via authorized digital payment gateways and bank transfers.
- In case of non-payment or delayed payment, reservations may be canceled without prior notice.
2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
- Guests are requested to present a valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the booking date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- No refund will be provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward resort staff, other guests, and property. Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest’s account. The management reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises in case of misconduct or violation of resort policies.
5. Resort Facilities and Usage
All amenities provided (such as swimming pool, gardens, dining area, and indoor/outdoor games) are to be used responsibly. The resort is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by negligence or improper use of facilities.
