Check-out is generally required by 10 AM to 12 PM, and early departures before 8 AM should be notified in advance as front desks may not be staffed.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival often convert deposits to credits for future stays or incur minimal fees if rebooked. Within 9-29 days, full charges apply unless rooms are relet, with options for refunds minus a $30 fee per room or credit certificates valid for 12 months.
Guest Rules and Limits
We as B&Bs enforce no-smoking indoors, capacity limits (e.g., max 6 rooms or 12 beds), and restrictions on unregistered visitors or overnight guests to maintain tranquility. Owners must reside on-site, provide daily linen changes, fire safety, and clean rooms with ventilation.
Additional Regulations
Stays are often capped at 7 consecutive days with renewal options, and properties cannot serve other commercial purposes beyond tourist lodging. Late check-outs may incur fees, and all rules aim to preserve the home-like, personalized experience distinct from hotels.
